Who we are
An established local team, not a call center
Legacy is a licensed and insured Florida HVAC contractor handling residential and commercial cooling, heating, and indoor air quality from Tampa Bay through Central Florida. When you call, you reach a real, local team — people who diagnose honestly, explain the work in plain English, and stand behind it.
We built Legacy to be the company we’d want to call ourselves: fair on price, genuinely good at the work, and accountable when it counts. That standard holds on every job — from a no-cool emergency to a full system replacement — and across both homes and commercial buildings in our coastal, humid climate.
